Arshopee — Company gave me wrong information, took my money and send me the cheaper item and not as per my order.

I received a phone call from AR Shopee and a person named Rahul gave me some information regarding their offer, then as they advised me to pay the amount to get combo offer, I paid INR17597/- on date,[protected], they promised me to send a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone worth INR 17000/- as free assured gift, but sorry to say that after so many reminder they send me only one combo pack as per order, and they send me other cheaper combo pack of s.s. utensil, which i never ordered and as my free assured gift they send me a local made (assembled) LED TV Showing false logo as AIWA, then as I started complain about the whole thing, they did not pick up my phone. I sent them a mail, but they did not reply.
