Arun Shelters Kaustubha — Are fraud builders

Last year we booked a flat with Arun shelters Kaustabha which was supposed to be G+4 building.Without having proper approvals they just put some hoardings and took money last year from customers as the booking amount. We pain around 11 lacs rupees for the same. After 3 months without informing the customers they changed the hoardings nad the entre project making it to G+ 18. We asked them to return our money back but they didnt but instead made us to book again in the new proposal by fooling us. It was when we approached SBI people didn't start the process as they were not sending the approvals detail.Then when we insisted they told us that they dont have the approvals only for the project. We agiain insited on cancelling our flat and give us our money back but they are not doing that. Now we neither have house nor our money. Everytime we go they will say they don’t have funds. We had put all our savings into the project and we don’t have anything.
Some body please help us to get our money back. We don't know how to deal with them. We have to leave our office and whole day we go and sit at their office and force them to give our money but they are not doing. Mrs. Sunitha the CEO she is always busy with the meetings and never meets. Staff doesn't know anything. Please help us to get our money back.

And it is a personal suggestion please don’t go for these buliders. They are real frauds. They don’t have any necessary documents. Please if you have savings from your hard work please don’t waste upon these fruaders.
