Last year we booked a flat with Arun shelters Kaustabha which was supposed to be G+4 building.Without having proper approvals they just put some hoardings and took money last year from customers as the booking amount. We pain around 11 lacs rupees for the same. After 3 months without informing the customers they changed the hoardings nad the entre project making it to G+ 18.
