Arun Shelters Kaustubha — They are fooling the customer by giving the wrongs details

I am fighting with arun shelters kaustubha project, they are fooling the customer by giving the wrongs details look like they want to take the money and thereafter play with them. I booked the flat in Jan -15 with Arun Shelters the size of (B- Block 4th Floor 1596 Sq.ft north facing flat). I have got conformations mail from GM and Sr. Manager. Now here the story these people made for me 1. They have asked me to give the token advanced as hold booking and I have given as per their needs and thereafter they sent me conformations mail about my flats with size of 1596sqft and Total Cost of Rs 60, 00, 000 that include everything only things I need to pay for registration extra. 2. They have asked me to pay the booking amount as 5Laks, I was ready to pay this amount but I had ask the questions in same day to show the project approval documents then they have told me they don?t have approval paper as of now for 4th floor they can only provide me in month of March and April 2015. 3. So they have told me to wait for 2 months and your flat and price will be fixed for 2 months as you have given to us hold booking amount. 4. Now I have call to them about my flats things but no one response from arun shelter and they are ignoring to talk and not giving the flat, look they are fooling to customer by giving the wrongs details. 5. I have also sent the mail about this issue in [protected]@arunshelters.in and then one lady called me back saying that we can?t help you this because GM and Sr. Manager and other left for job so we are not responsible and we will not able to give you the flat in same price. 6. How come they will do all this stupid things, ones they commit the words with the customer by emails, they need keep words remain same or else no one trust if the management are leaving a job then they are the responsible guy for the knowledge. you can't ignore by saying simple stupid things. I have put the 4 months time here. I hoping to get the result on this, also i am sharing a few mail copy's.
