Arvind Singh — By mistake recharge

Dear sir/madam,

I am user o[censored]r dist tv my vcc no is[protected], on 23 Apr 2016 when was trying to contact with customer care erroneously missed call on [protected]. Later on contacting to customer care I came to know that one channel viz Miniplex (at 212) has been activated and an amount of Rs 60 charged on account of the same. I had recharged my dishtv connection with an amount of Rs 2100 for one year and above calculating dishtv 99 plus 3 add on Rs 25/- = total 174. But the date of next recharge has been given only 16 Jan 2017 instead of after 12 months.

Hence you are requested to de-activate the channel Miniplex which is erroneously activated and reconcile my account early as possible. the information to this effect may please be sent to on my Mob : [protected] at the earliest.

I shall be grateful to you for this small step of kindness.

As per our conversation with you on phone no. 702*****7 and informed that we have deactivated Miniplex alacarte with effective 25/ 04 /2016 Kindly keep the TV on 999 channel for 15 mins Moreover, next switch off date has been changed to 23 /01 /2017 .
