Very bad product from evok, just a year completed for the cot bought from jayanagar-bangalore store. The delivery took relatively longer time - bad service and wrong promises again.
Now the cot is completely termite infected and not in a condition to use, to get the evok technician to attend to this problem took one week which gave no results. After reading many complaints on the blogs, no confidence that i ever get a response or service from evok.

Complain number MJ26622 was logged for this bed (purchased in 2015) on 7th Mar 2017 and while termite infestation was treated free of cost even during out of warranty, we were not informed that issue had resurfaced. We sell same product from across all our 20 stores and franchises apart from our website evok.in and partner websites like Amazon, Flipkart etc and have not received such complains for this product.
