I purchased Apex Ultima Colour no 7503 from M/S Rath Paints and Hardware, Jagannath Road, Dhenkanal, Odisha on .dt 21st march and we found the quality of the colour is poor.The quality of last purchase is quite different from the earlier one purchased by us in december 2013.
