This is the order AB11835163P5768289 on GATI with tracking number 52083751. I hve received the parcel from the courior ebiz international but inside the pack only one round neck T with the mobile box but i didn't receive the mobile. Therefore i have a complaint that i didn't get the product as it has been ordered. Please checked!!! And send me the remaining product that i didn't receive that is Samsung GuruE1200 amp 41 GSM Handset or please refund. Looking ahead for your kind reply to the complaints. Today i bought a product but this earphone sound is very low in full volume and one wire is damaging cobdition so i would return a products so step should be taken abd refund the amount
