Ask Me Bazaar — Not give proper information and no delivery of product | |||
I had ordered fastrack laptop bags on the ask me bazaar and there is no option of checking or tracking the order, when I call the company minimum 10 rupees is lost, very high call charges, When I called to the company they promised me to deliver the product within 10 days, I ordered my product on 4th of may and now today is 15th of may and I am unable to get any product, when I call again the company they did not give any important information, when I do query from e-mail there is no Reply, and when I message them from the Facebook, they Reply me that you should only use your e-mail for the query, I am very really disappointed and very disappointed Very very very very poor service of askme bazaar. Now what I do to help please! I enclose you a query page from my side but there is no reply from the other side. They not contact me. Was this information helpful? | |||
