[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Wrong order delivery, a fraud company | |||
I ordered for a Qubeplex pedispin order no. AB3730943, they kept messaging about the product delivery, but delivered a wrong product (a credit card holder) that also in a very bad condition. The courier boy ( BLUE DART) took the money and asked us to open the packet later, but we did open the packet and told him that, this not the order we placed, but he run away saying you have to make a complain. The receipt was half torn that also he refused to replace. The company and the courier guys work in coordination to fool the customers and looting money by providing cheap quality wrong products. Later I called their customer care, the only one thing they were asking was my bank details, which was surprising. They have no set return policy, the website has no email ID. They told me 7 days to return the product and 12 days to refund the money that means almost 20days to do the process that also they are not sure about. ASKMEBAZAAR is a fraud dodgy company and the Courier companies are working with them. The complaint number given to me is QRC34014894. whoever is reading this, please do not buy any product from this online site. This should be shut down under Cyberlaw and consumer law. Hi, the order no is order no. AB3730943, mobile number you have already. It has been more than 7 days n no one has come to pick up the product. This is too much.
