Dear Sir, after making so many efforts and making numerous calls to askmebazaar call centers regarding over delay of consignment No. to give proper reason about the over delay of the consignment. I sent a mail on 24 Aug 15, but they didnt even acknowledge my mail and after that also i made at least 15 calls to know the status of my consignment and they all the replied me that i ll get the call from the back end team. But till now i did not get even a single call from askmebazaar.com back end team.. i am sure that they are involved in something like scam business.. I request you to intervine into the matter and check the status why they intentionally ignoring me. sir, i attached the same mail which i sent [protected]@askmebazaar.com on 24 Aug 15, pls refer also is appended below. Dear Sir, 1. Reference is made to my order No. AB4467009 dated 05 Aug 15, paid online placed through your online site. The above mentioned item is to be reached by latest BY 18 Aug 15 as per you existing policies but due to your extremely wretched working environment the item has not been received till date which shows there is pathetic conditions and horrible manpower working beneath your company and which also leads a dramatic experience with askmebazaat. 2. I have made several calls to your customer service executives, they should shame at their part as they are not able to provide the sufficient and satisfactory information to the users. They are capable to provide me the data which is already known to me. Their knowledge level is totally outdated and inundated. 3. On 08 Aug 15, i requested to provide the AWB number to track the consignment at my level as the consignment was likely to be gifted on birthday occasion by 19 Aug 15, but your incapability appears again and it has not been delivered till date. The surprisingly act again and again appears by your end as i had been provided with the wrong AWB number ( UNIASKP145398 through Gojavas). On the same day I made a call that the AWB number is wrongly provided and it needs to be updated immediately and the same has not been updated yet. Honestly speaking your whole system is full with paradigms and it needs a tremendous improvement. You people are totally en-capable to run the business flawless and smoothly due to which customer are unnecessarily bonded to suffer. As per my experience, askmebazaaar needs at least one complete month(excluded Saturday, Sunday and all holidays) or more than that to deliver the item on the address. 4. Further you are requested to find out the item, deliver it and provided me the completed reason on top priority. The culprits must be awarded with a punishment also. 5. I hope such serious and true & fair steps will be initiated at your end on fast track basis and issue will be resolved by latest of this week only, otherwise i will proceed for the legal actions against to your company by 30 Aug 15. You are also requested to acknowledge the mail by today itself and update me what are steps are being taken.(Do not, i repeat do not provide me any kind of QRC Numbers). 6. Thanking you. Sir, with due respect i would like bring few strong points about the super negligence behaviour of askmebazaar company as they didnt respond either my mails not my several calls. As per the instructions given by the askmebazaar customer caare executive, i have also sent three mails on http://support.askmebazaar.com, but there also i didnt get any update. I am sure sir, they are doing such activities intentionally.
The complaint has been raised here on 05 Sep 15 and after that a sent 3 mails and 16 calls to them, but they did not even think on the issue, which is indeed a disobey of court and which is a severe punishable offence.
When i called there on customer caare, they also surprised with that after making so many calls, why i m not getting revert from the back end team. With a great hope i wish you to intervene into the matter and ask them for show cause notice and not to use their scam business in the secular country like India. Thanks sir.
