[Resolved] Ask Me Grocery — Non refund of amount for cancellation of order | |||||
Sir I have ordered in Ask Me Grocery for an amount of Rs.768/- on [protected]. At that time of ordering the website has not shown my address is not in their service area. They have cancelled the order number AG[protected] on that day it self. But they have not refunded the amount till date. Daily I am contacting them. They are not responding properly.To day they have informed that they want 10-12 working days for refund. What is the reason behind this, I do not understand their policy of refund.
