I have placed an order dated January 26, 2016 using coupon code (RD20) as Republic Day occasion. The company has confirmed the order, thereafter they on their cancelled the order when I tried reaching customer care they kept me on hold with no response. When I mailed them at their customer care they send me a mail again confirming the order. But customer care executive not responding on the exact status.
