[Resolved] Ask Me Grocery — Order not delivered but showing status already delivered

My (pre-paid) order no. is AMBAL[protected] which is not yet delivered, but I have received a sms that it has already been delivered.
When I contacted the customer care 0-[protected] they were unable to solve the issue and were unable to cancel my order also. My Rs.2000/- went in drain.
Its simply a FRAUD company.
