AskMeBazaar.com — delivery of fake product and money not refunded

i am poor victim of a online shopping company called as askmeBazar.com its an subsidiary company of askme.com following here is the details of all the incident. I have ordered a ray ban glasses combo which was on sale shown by company website on 17th of may. I ordered it and it was conformed duly by COD payment mode by order no.AB3057163, as company website itself showing all products to be delivered next day( which is by the way first highlighted tag line on website) i tried to track my order for 12 regularly called them and i was told that my order was in transit and its company policy to deliver it in next 10 days waited long patiently on 12 day when i again asked them i was informed that my ordered had cancelled without any intimation and when i protested i was told that online companies has all the authorities as they are not governed by any regulatory authority so they have all the authority to do whatever they want with consumers. As a aware consumer I refused to accept all this malafide practices and being victim of these kind of fraud companies I took incitation and file two three complaints of what happens with me. On 3 rd of june a delivery boy came to my house with a product from askmebazar.com it was that same order I ordered and was cancelled by the company I requested him to let me check the product in front of him but he refused I paid him money and opened it and when I opened it I was shocked to see that it was not rayban glasses I ordered and shown on website it was some fake glasses kind dummies which not even glasses which children of small age can wear. I immediately called askmebazar.com and tell them whole story but they are people with wrong intentions they again apologised and assured me to get my money refunded in a day or two they also took my bank accounts details its been a week now from that day I call them two or three times in a day all their representatives assures me that I will get my refund but its lengthy procedure and it will take time for a month or so. after that i mailed them officially on 14th of this month after verbal reminders and inquiries and still till date have'nt got any reply or my money back. I am asking a question here what is fault what wrong I had made is my only mistake is that I refused to be a victim is my fault is I stand against these kind of fraud companies with big name..?? I still refuse to be a victim please help me out if you can..!! thank you I have all details with me of company and products and that product shown by the company and all complaints number orders number and that fake products.
