i placed an order on 14th may i recieved confirmation e-mail and text message to my mobile no:[protected] (ORDER NO : DGA2994727)...but on monday 18th again when i called ur customer care '[protected]' and told them about my order they had no idea they said their system didnt get updated it seems, after that i called them many times still same answer, so i left it !!! And AGAIN ON 27th MAY i placed other order with order number DGA3238990 and called customer service they said i will my order by 10 days that is 6th june, but today is 7th june i called askme customer care at 5:22pm, 4 times they hanged up my call after keeping me on hold, again 5th time i called they said it will take customer care more 7days to get back to me..(why do you play with customers man) EVEN YOUR BRAND AMBASSADOR RANVEER KAPOOR WOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR LAZY & IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICES...
