[Resolved]  AskMeBazaar.com — No refund after returning a product

I had ordered a limo beats headphones pack of two for rs 699 from askmebazaar in the last week of April.. I received the delivery on 2nd May but instead of the headphones I ordered I got some combo pack of belt, wallet, watch etc.. I complained to the company's helpline number on that same evening..the return logistics was done on 12th may..since then I'm still waiting for my refund...I've contacted them numerous times, all they say is "amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible" order id-AB2573449
