I ORDERED WATCH OF4200RS ON 29 APRIL, I RECEIVED POCKET CHARGER ON 15TH MAY. I REGISTERED COMPLAINT ON 15TH MAY ITSELF AND ASKED TO REFUND. BUT TILL TODAY I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONCE FROM THEM. TWO COMPL NUM ARE QRC 567644 & QRC 27090635. TILL THEY ARE SAYING REVERSE PICK WILL ARRANGE. DAILY I AM CALLING TO THEM.

I had ordered a pair of knee caps (order No. AB2162.) I received the goods COD for Rs 299.00. I was not satisfied with the quality of the goods and complained (complaint No. QRC 333753). Made several phone calls but to no avail. They do not have a toll free number. Therefore every time you call you pay. It is more than a month but. No response. The goods were picked up by their courier service who had delivered it in the first place. So far I haven't received the refund.
Now I am thinking of approaching the Customer Court for resolving my complaint.
