I ordered a Samsung power bank 2 weeks back. I was delivered a damaged product. I called them the same day it was delivered. They took my complaint, gave me a complaint ID QRC182327 & told me that the damaged product will be picked up in 3 days. But they never came as of yet for pick up. When I am calling them they are saying that their senior will call me back in 15 mins. But they never called. They told me they they will process my refund in 7 days after pickup. It's been more than 30 days & still they did not refund me. Whenever I call them they say we will process refund in 7 days. I have called them after every 7 days & everytime they are lying.
