Askmebazaar — Fake Product Received

Dear Support

My first complaint number is QRC95529 on
this case, 3 complaints have been created but I have not received any
single call from your end. pls. let me know is this the term of service.Every time CC executives assured me that I will got a call with in 72 hours but unfortunately not received till date.My complaints going on without any platform from 10th Feb the next day I have received the product. This feels like cheated.My new raised complaint on 15th Feb. is QRC111455 on which I interacted to Mr. Abbas on 25th Feb. and he assured me to take my case to higher officials.Waiting for positive response !!!

My order AB 2515504 samsung 9000 mah power bank. Received a duplicate normal product please clarify and also send a mail to [protected]@askmebazaar with photos no reply please change my product
Duplicate product received

I had ordered Sony Ex 300 Earphone on May 15, 2015 and have received it today itself i.e., on May 23, 2015. My Order no. : 24180068 and the bar code no. DGA2973089, seller AARAV STORE. The actual Sony packaging says 'Made in Thailand' but on the earphones it's written 'Made in China' and the earphones are not even compatible with any mobile phone. They did work but only with my laptop and produce very low quality audio.
I request the seller to either replace the product with the original one or return my money, else I'm afraid I'll have to file a complaint against AARAV STORE with the Department of Consumer Affairs and I can assure you that the end result will not be in your favor as you have delivered a fake product.
