[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — money not refund and rude behaviour of customer executive

I had ordered two Samsung power bank (2600 Mah) ... I got them very late... I had sent many emails to anyone of them i didnt got replied... the product i got were faulty, i registered complaint against it and got call back after 7 days... to which after 2 days they picked up the product and said money will be refunded in 5-7 days... i didnt got any call or anything... today i called them and they said your money will not be refunded as you had registered complaint after two days... i said "ok then why did you registered my complaint and why picked up the product " they were having no answer... and also calling them costs a lot really *ucking online store... order no. -AB1113526 Pick up id[protected] email - [protected]@gmail.com mob no. -[protected]
