[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Non-refund of item returned | |||
Respected Authority I have purchased an MI power bank from askmebazar 11000 mah on 5th march 2015 (order no. AB1383054) for rs.699, But on 17th may I received the fake micromax power bank that too in broken condition so I returned the product on 21st march. That time they said that you will get your refund within 11 days but till date they have not refunded me any amount. Whenever I call at their customer care no. They used to lodge new complaint no and say to wait for another 7 days. Following are the complaint nos 1. QRC195812 2. QRC316723 3. QRC340428 Kindly provide me proper remedy.
