Askmebazaar — product not received

I Had placed order at Dec 12th Till date not receive the product.

I Had placed order at Dec 12th Till not receive the product. I had paid already. I request for the refund and ask him about the procedures .he told they will refund within 24 hours.but still there is no response after 1 week of my call. I wrote several mails but there is no reply.Order No:AB638001

My Order No. is AB630932 on 12.12.2014 which is prepaid. The product is not received by me till date. As there is no Tracking system on the website of ask me bazaar, it is very difficult to track the product. The only way is to call the call centre number given by company and that is too expensive as the tape runs for long time. The executives are also nonsense and rubbish. They too don't have any knowledge about the order placed online nor they have any record for the same. They have given me a ticket no.[protected] and that too no action taken on it too. Ether they delivered the product immediately or return my money back along with the call charges I made to their call centre and also the mental agony I had.

I had ordered "Hear phone" with order # AB1099017 on 9th-February-2015 and it is still not yet delivered. I made contact to customer care so many times to track my item where is it and by what time it will get delivered, but no one is ready to trace it and i called your no [protected] so many times, but i did not recived any satisfied reply form your side.
Nearly 1 month from the date of my placement of order. Its really a havoc and frustrating service i have ever seen yet.

I had ordered Xiaomi 10400 Mah Power Bank -Mi- 2no.s on 22nd Feb'15 and payed in advance. My order no. is AB1232771.
I am yet to receive the items. I have called the customer care no. of the website several times and each time I am told that I will receive my order in 7 days. During my last call I was told that order can not be fulfilled and I will get y money back. I have neither received money nor the product.

I had made clear that I want the product and not the money but no action had been taken yet.

I will have to go to the consumer court if I do not get a positive response from the askmebazaar.com.

Hoping to get my complaint resolved as soon as possible.

I ordered a butterfly juicer&mixer from askmebazaar on 30th Apr, they told me that I will get the product within 10 days for sure. on 10th I lodge a complain to customer care but they are not even giving any clue about the dispatch status and frustrating. Can you please help me to cancel my oder, I will never buy from askmebazaar again. Order number id DGA2660325. They are biggest cheaters.

I have ordered sony power bank of 10000 mah on 3rd may 2015. The maximum time askmebazar given of 10 days is finished. And till today I have not received my product. Complaint no. QRC553228.

But Still now the product was not deliverd to my address.I called the customer care daily, they told tommorrow your product will be deliver for last 15days, I got sam answer, They wont give the Courier track no also. I had ordered pendrive on 14th June via order no AB3574388. Payment made via Credit Card. After passing on 5 days, I enquired about my order.
I got shocking answer "We are unable to find your order on the system. Further contradicting to themselves they replied - you will get delivery within 10 working days if order is received"
I again called. No response.
I didnt afraid to even abuse these rascals.
I got complaint no QRC31872743 on 24/06/2015.
I got reply that "You will get reply within 24 hrs"
These 24 hrs are still running as on 29/06/2015. I think ASKMEBAZAR dont have even watch in their system.
& Please just visit twitter or facebook page of this CHOR company, you will find how this FRAUD company is looting every one. I am not the only one victim.
Please do me a favour. Please file suit against this company. I am ready to pay cost of the same.

Dear All, I want to tell you that ask me bazaar is doing fake commitment and proper feedback. I placed an order in month of May-15 and till the time didn't received product.
I made so many time call to customer center and always they replied your product is delivered, you will get it in next two days or you will get feedback call from our side in 24 Hr. But God know when this days will over.

So I will suggest you all to not buy any product from this web site.
