sir, i order the A-5 2600mAH Power Bank (Feb 16, 2015 at 8:44 PM)in your websites sir) it is problem so, i returned the product(order no: AB1180192).but, reached the 1 month but not credit on my account and also i submit my bank details in your customer service centre.. please take an action fastly and please refund the my amount

please take action fastly

I had bye'd a shoe which were found to be duplicate
product so i returned them on march 15 and i was suppose to get my amount back before april 3

even after number of complaints they will say sir soory for the inconivenence and they will tell to wait for 3days or 7days or either they will take a compaint and will tell to wait untill call back from their side but they wont call back at all i'm doing this for almost one month.
they promote in every sites their brand which is big fraud company please help

I have purchased a samsung power bank.but that was damage product.thats why I complain and
I want my money back.My complain no is QRC 312891 And item has been picked up by the carrier service.Your agent told me that I will receive my within 10 to12 days.but after 1 month I cant receive my money yet.every time you agent told me same things but result is same.I am very disappointed with your service.If I cant receive my money within this week I will take an action against you.

Regarding order# AB3855160, I have placed and order and somehow the transaction failed, then the page asked me to contact[protected] and when I contacted the customer care executive asked me to call back after four hour as their system will get the order details after four hours.

Very annoying, if the transaction has failed because of issue at their end they had to refund it automatically.

Refund is pending

I ordered Samsung Power bank from Ask me bazzar which was defective so i return it and ask for refund; the refund process was initiated on 19 March 2015 but still have not received any refund. It has been one month.

fault watch

I am writing to inform you about the faulty watch that I have purchased in your store.

faulty product

they are too slow in response and they fail to replace product even after passing of their deadline.too much problam is their in their service.always they assure you of being called that actually never happens.

Product damage

I have purchased sunglasses for Rs.99 including deliver charges its come 124 rupees but my product is damaged tat glasses had some broken i need to return this product and i want money else replace and send me the good product.
