[Resolved] Askmebazar — Non delivery of ordered shipment no. ab 11905556 dt. 30.04.2016 | |||||
I have ordered emergency light cost rs. 239/- + shipping charges rs. 65/- = rs. 365 which i have paid through my account of sbh internet banking on dt. 30.04.2016. The company has told me that the item will be delivered in 8 days of time. I have still not received the product. I have sent mails many times to the company. I have received mails from the company in which is is told that they are trying to deliver my product. But still no receiving. I have demanded my money. I received product on time, but it was damaged completely. I unable to use that product.So, I called customer care and informed them. They told, someone will come to my flat and collect the damaged product, but after 5 days as nobody came I again called them, they told, I only need to go to courier office and resend them the damaged product. Once they received the product, they will provide refund (product cost +courier shipping charges)579+500=1079 Rs which I incurred, as I returned them back in the specified time. But till today I did not received my refund. They have wasted lot of my valuable time on speaking on phone calls, writing emails raising same complaint again and again. This is the 3rd time am writing email to consumer complaints time. I request to take action on ASKMEBAZAAR website & their service team asap, and provide my refund. I would be very much thankful to consumer complaints department.
