SSD storage mismatch

I have recently bought Asus TUF F16 laptop with 512 GB SSD with preinstalled Windows 11 home software. However, the SSD total storage displayed as per window's application is only 447 GB. While checking in the internet, we got to know that, manufacturer is considering 1000 MB as 1 GB whereas normally 1024 MB is considered as 1 GB (binary conversion).

This was not mentioned clearly anywhere in the product description.

Defective hinge design in asus vivobook 16x poor customer service and warranty denial

Defective ASUS TUF Laptop WI-FI Known Model Issue Ignored by Company

Own Manufacturing Issues

I have purchased a Asus TUF Gaming F15 2023 Model from Amazon in October 2023 and after delivery in 2 days I found one Screw got loose and came out from the laptop so as a precautionary measure, I installed the same screw back and tighten all the screws but all the screws were already tight, I don't know how it came loose but ok and now in Feb, 3 Screws got missing.

Delay in Processing DOA for Defective product and laptop replacement is getting delayed by Flipkart

I purchased the product on 3rd Aug 2023, received on 4th Aug and found battery charge issue on 4th and raised return request in Flipkart.

Service request was raised for technician visit on or before 18th Aug but Asus took 13 days i, e, on 16th the tech visited and unable to fix the issue.
