Asus India — Customer service is customer harassment | |||
Asus arranged my zenfone 2 for repairs and was send by blue dart to ahmedabad for repairs and the repairs was completed on same day ie 03.05.2016. Since then the phone is lying at the service centre for the want of reverse pick up by blue dart, neither the service centre is giving any satisfactory reply or asus personnel is expditing the fast pick up by blue dart. I am helpless. Every day i call asus service centre to find out that the phone has not bee reverse picked up today. Was this information helpful? | |||

The touch screen of the is not sensing the touch. It is happening only in the middle of the screen, I am unable to dial for this neither able to do any other network job.
I reside near Panchkulla / Zirakpur area.
The phone is still under warranty period, please help me in resolving the problem.
