Installation of Fibernet is pending since more than a week and odd, and it's almost going to be. 2 weeks since the payment and registeration is made.
I've lost count of how many times I've reached the call center.
The sales guy isn't responding to my calls/messages. And all I get is false promises stating you would receive calls from technician within 3 days, and this is the 5th day and I still haven't recieved anything yet, the payment was made on 31st of August and today is 10th of September.
They promised to fix the box and no response from anybody yet, you guys have to understand the customers intensity of wanting the broadband, just like the way you guys ask for payment at first . They also told I'll be getting a call from RT NAGAR but not received a call till date.
Customer service @ACT is pathetic to the core!!
Can somebody help me for gods sake!?
