Installation of Fibernet is pending since more than a week and odd, and it's almost going to be. 2 weeks since the payment and registeration is made.
I've lost count of how many times I've reached the call center.
The sales guy isn't responding to my calls/messages. And all I get is false promises stating you would receive calls from technician within 3 days, and this is the 5th day and I still haven't recieved...
