[Resolved]  Siddhivinayak Motors kamothe — Taking extra loan

Hi, I have purchased a Honda CB unicorn bike from siddhivinayak motors kamothe. I have made a payment of 50K and to the siddhivinayak motors and rest 27k is pending. First i told him that i will be taking loan of rest 27K(Bike price was 77K), so i submitted my documents like salary slip, a ECS form, bank account statement and address proof. But on very next day i told Sanjay Thorat who is owner of Siddhivinayak motors not to take a loan as i will be giving cash of 27k.
But he submitted documents to Manaba Finance company and took loan of 35K instead of 27k. I did not sign any agreement with finance company, still they provided loan to Sanjay Thorat. I am not sure how they provided loan to Sanjay. Also Sanjay did not provided me any documents like registration document, insurance copy, rc book etc, Service book etc. He has not provided me the featurs thay he will be giving like teflon coating etc. Also Sanjay is not receiving my calls and did not answering to SMS. He has shifted his shop to some new location which i don't know.

Please suggest me what i need to do in this situation. Also please let me know whether it possible to get loan just only on ECS form.
