[Resolved] Siddhivinayak Motors kamothe — Not providing bike in time | |||
Hi all, I was having option to buy Honda CB unicorn bike at 74500/- at native place with waiting of 1 month. But in Siddhivinayak motors told me they will provide me bike as soon as loan approved, beacause of this I was ready to buy bike at 79000/- My loan approved on 14 Feb 2013. But till now they have not given bike to me... On every call he is telling tomorrow morning he will give bike. In morning he says today evening he will give bike... And worst thing happened from 2 days. Owner is not picking my call.. sometimes my call goes on waiting means obviously he is picking other calls. And he's assistant also talk like a Don of Mumbai... Finaly on 5 Mar 2013 I got bike.
He closed his shop and opened at another place that place I don't know.
He have not given me insurance paper and helmet till now.
And he told to loan agent and took more loan and now he need to return me back 12, 000/- but he is saying money went for some process and here and there.
Beware guys Sanjay Thorat is a froud person. He will cheat you also...

Go to consumer court and log a complaint against him...
I am sure you will get big relief..
