Autoriksha Over Charging And Mis Behaving — Over charging and miss behaving and mobile using while driving and without meater charging

Dear sir,
I took auto from calicut raiway station to puthiyara signal which is almost 3 kilometers. When he start from railway he didnt reset the meeter and wheni asked he told that ksrtc we charging 70 and carry on without setting meater. Then overspeeding with mobile using while driving and cahrged me 120 rupees and last time i travelled the same place the other auto person charged only 70 rupees. I told the same then he told me u go and complaint and i gave him the same money which he asked.
