We had purchased hottech 3270 bluetooth wireless stereo headphone blue from ava merchandising stall from delhi airport on 6 june 2017 having the bill number as 00000va[protected]. The power on off key is not working. Since the product is under warranty. Kindly guide us on further steps to get the device rectified under warranty.
