I bought the smart watch - attached pictures. You can clearly see that the flap covering the port for charging does not fully close - this is the state when bought new! I am sure, this is a design flaw. One can not wear a watch where the charging port is visible with a flap hanging outside.
I approached their service helpline and even escalated further. I was told that I will have to live with the flawed smartwatch. I am sure, consumers are being taken for a ride.
Please guide me how I should return the same for full refund. Thanks!
