Hi,
I have purchased hottech smart watch at hyderabad airport on 31st dec 2016 with transaction id 1965180, it was working fine for few months and after which it stopped to start as well. Kindly let me know the process of the replacement under warranty.
I would request for a refund or a replacement of the watch. Do let me know if you require the invoice copy of the same

pleaso do not buy any ava products. First of all their quality is really pathetic. Over that the customer complaint cell is not at all responsive and they have no after sales support.
You will just end up buying the product and they are just use and throw at the mercy of their quality
i am a sufferer myself of the product and am just shuttling between their contact center and outlet with no response
