[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — hottech smart watch doesn't gets on

Hi,

I have purchased a hottech smart watch on last friday from your store in Hyderabad airport. I did not switch on in the airport before purchasing it. When I came home, I was little busy shifting so did not tried immediately and when tried switching it on, I am unable to. I have tried charging for 3hours but it doesn't gets on. There is no luck even after multiple tries.

Please let me what is the customer care centre number and replacement process.
