Hi, I have purchased a hot tech smartwatch today from your store at hyderabad airport at around 5.03 pm. I did not switch on at the airport before buying it. When i came home and tried switching it on, i am unable to. I have been attempting charging, but it does not get on. Please let me what is the replacement process. Details as below. I bough a watch from the Bangalore airport. After coming home I checked it is not working. From then I have checked at multiple watch stores but the watch is not working. Can you please help me out.
