[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — The kettle is not working on the second time when used

The above refered itme was purchases in Chennai Airport on 1-2-2014 under invoice number AI MAA 21685. The kettle is not working on the second time when used. Ist time it worked well. I reside in Anna Nagar Chennai and Mobile Number [protected]. Please let me know the nearest service center.
