[Resolved]  Avenues — Failure of Transaction

Hi, A payment of Rs.920 was made for eLitmus registration through INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd holding A/C-[protected] from my SBI account holding account number[protected] on 31/03/2014 having Transaction ID[protected]IGS6344019. But neither the payment was effected nor refunded. So I request you for an immidiate action for refund of the same amount to my SBI savings bank account of[protected]. Awaiting for an immidiate action and a positive response.
