Avenues India — Amount debited from bank account during the recharge of vodafone prepaid

During the recharge of Vodafone through VI App amount of Rs 418/- was deducted from my SBI bank account on 6th Dec 2021 against failure of transaction and same was not yet refund

The same amount was transfered to Avenues India Pvt Ltd without my concern which is showing in my bank statement narration on 6th Dec 2021
