Avenues India — Double deduction from sbi through net banking for mobile top up

On 30.09.16, i tried to top up my mobile pre paid recharge through bsnl. My mobile no is [protected].in first instance while making payment of rs. 220+10=230/=, the otp was not displayed at 19:50 hrs, but without confirming otp, the amount of rs.230/= was debited from sbi account. [ tranc. Reference no.[protected]gocunpqd5 ] again the top up process was repeated for same recharge amount and the top up for rs.220+ rs.10/= was successful with second otp at 19:56 hrs.[ tranc. Reference no.[protected]gocunqsf5 ]. Thus an amount of rs.230/= need to be refunded in account because twice the amount was deducted and the top up was recharged only for rs.220/='
