Avenues India — Jio number [protected] recharge transaction amount Rs 1178.82 deducted on 20.05.2021 but not recharged

Transaction for recharge of my jio number [protected] for an amount of Rs. 1178.82 was made vide transaction id[protected]IGALDWMA05 of SBI on 20.05.2021 but amount deducted and recharge failed. A message on screen appeared that amount will be refunded within 10 days but till date no amount received. It is requested to refund the amount.
