Avenues India — Jio Recharge, Rs. 149/- paid ,but Jio not recharged

Dear Sir, I recharged my Jio No. [protected] on 02 Apr thru State Bank of India, online payment. SBI, reference No.[protected]IGAKWGRZK8, payment made to INB Avenues India, Pvt Ltd on 02 Apr 21. A case was taken up with Jio for not recharging the mobile. The Jio has confirmed that the amount has not been received by them, as the payment has been made to INB Avenues India, Pvt Ltd. Kindly reconcile you accounts and a sum of Rs. 149/- erroneously paid to you may please be refu ded to me through my SBI account. Thanks. Ramesh Kumar Saini.

I would be grateful, if the amount of Rs. 149/- is re-imbursed to me at the earliest, as it is now 3 months, that the money were deducted from my and the Jio was not recharged. Regards.
