I have complained many times about the amount deducted by avenue services for top up of rs. 220/-. They have sent a mail but without message.
I had to top up my mobile.In this regard i did internet banking through avenue services ltd. On 3rd of march. However, to my surprise there was no top up of mobile. I also received the transaction number on my mobile. When i checked my pass book the money was debited from my account.
I waited for a few days thinking that may be due to some holiday there may be a delay. I kept telephoning bsnl that there is a problem and my mobile has not been charged. But nothing happened as the money had not reached the bsnl portal.. On 18th march i wrote a complaint and i found that many many people had the same problem. I have already given you the details in this regard.
Hope that this is published in local papers so that others are not cheated like me and many others who have been duped by this agency. It is important that such payment portals are shown their true place.

Updated by uner I had used avenue payment portal to top up my prepaid mobile for rs.220/-. The money has been deducted from the bank but not topped up. It is unfortunate that this is a fraud service. And they are not bothered about the complaints. There has been no reply. I have written earlier also but no reply. Such payment portals should be sewed by the government as they do not ewven reply.
