Avenues India — Non fulfilling of my online order

I have paid rs 412 from sbi to you for supply vide ref. No.IGAKYXLOM3. The vendor didn't supply the item till date. No information has been given regarding supply either by you or by the vendor. May please furnish the details. Of cancel my order and refund my amount.
