Avenues India — order not delivered but transaction/ payment done

I have placed order from offersbicycle.com and had PAID MY AMOUNT +EXPRESS DELIVERY AMOUNT AS WELL .IHAVE ATTACHED the transaction screen shot from phone along with photos of transaction done on the website. they have not sent me order..so please return my money of rupees 6447 to my account that has has been used for your transaction. ihave placed order on 22 december, 2021. the website does not have contact phone number. their mail does not work. plz help me to get my amount.
