My bank Punjab and Sind Bank, Padampur Branch (Code: 0233) had transferred Rs 5201/- to you for payment of my electricity bill to Jodhpur Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL) on 27 Aug 2021. Payment Confirmation No. is; 5197056 and the Bank Transaction ID is: S98932926. This amount is not reflecting in the account of JDVVNL till date. I have made a number of complaints and representations to them but to no avail. Screen Shots of the bank statement showing the above transaction on 27 Aug 2021 and the Accounts Ledger Inquiry of the Bank are uploaded for your ready refence. You are requested to kindly trace this amount at the earliest.
