Avenues India Private — Unauthorized debit transaction from SBI savings account

On March 29, 2022 Rs.16, 400 were debited from my SBI savings account without any transaction made from my end. I do not use this account except for locker purpose. Please see below the reference of the transaction and request you to do the needful to refund my amount.
