Aviva Life Insurance Company India — Guy from GBIC convinced me to make payment to Aviva

I got a call from Sriya bharadwaj (+91-[protected]) and she said that she is calling from Reliance nippon account department and she updated that my policy is having attached with agent id due to which some amount of my money goes to that agent ID. and she says that she is raising a complain with GBIC (Governing body of insurance council) on my behalf.

1 day later, i got a call from Manish from GBIC (+91-[protected]) -- and he said that he will transfer my policy from reliance nippon to Aviva.
He asked me to transfer the amount to Aviva through online payment. he kept on call with me for 1 hour and convinced me so much that i made13k 600rs to Aviva Life insurance. i had no idea what i was doing. He gave me the new Proposal number under which i have to make the payment to Dabur Aviva, Proposal number is "UPF00571020" . I took screen shot while doing the payment.

Sriya called me again next day on 19th oct 2021 and said that my policy is temporary freezed upon steps which was taken from GBIC.

next day i spoke to Reliance Nippon customer care just for confirmation and person from customer care do not have any information regarding these above things. Then i got idea that scam is already done against me.
