Axis Bank — Transaction Failed

This is to inform you that I had booked a train ticket from www.irctc.co.in through internet banking on 10/11/2013. The ticket was not booked but an amount of Rs. 1132.48/- was deducted from my account vide Transaction ID: [protected] . I had already made a complainant on customer care and my Complainant no. is 8511447.The details given by bank are:- Thank you for carrying out e-Payment funds transfer.
